Workshops
As a pelvic health physiotherapist with a sporting background, Camille is passionate about helping women move confidently and comfortably—whether that’s in the gym, on the track, pre- and post-partum, or in everyday life. Her workshops are designed to offer practical, evidence-based tools that participants can apply immediately to their workouts and routines.
Each session combines education, movement, and hands-on guidance to help women better understand their bodies and overcome challenges such as stress urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and more.
