As a pelvic health physiotherapist with a sporting background, I’m passionate about helping women move confidently and comfortably—whether that’s in the gym, on the track, or in everyday life. My workshops are designed to offer practical, evidence-based tools that you can apply immediately to your workouts and routines.
Each session combines education, movement, and hands-on guidance to help you better understand your body and overcome challenges like stress urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and more.
